The North Carolina and Virginia Railroad is located in Eastern North Carolina. The NCVA at Boykins, VA provides services to a variety of customers on 135 miles of track.

Major commodities that move on the NCVA are steel plate, steel scrap, soybeans, chemicals and fertilizer. NCVA provides 5 – 7 day service based on customer needs.

Insurance Requirements When working within the railroad right of way or for personal use of grade crossings applicants are required to obtain and provide proof of Railroad Protective Liability Insurance.	Insurance Requirements
